Ingredients: For the cake (415g): sugar, wheat flour 24%, wheat starch, raising agents (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (E 472a and E 472b), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, thickener (xanthan gum), and flavoring. May contain traces of gluten, egg, and nuts. And for my pretty decoration (20g): icing sugar and a little starch.
